Delivery & Returns

1. Postage

1.1 Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched by the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day. The average time for delivery is:

Standard – Estimated 3-5 working days from the date of postage. Not guaranteed. This is a free delivery service.

Please note: The maximum possible delivery time extends to 18 working days. If your Standard Delivery order has not arrived by that time, please contact Little Skin Shop.

First Class – Issued on a 24 hour service. Normally delivers next working day, but not guaranteed. Little Skin Shop charge a flat rate of £3.00 per package for this service. 

Next Day - The cost for Next Day Delivery is £10.00. Delivery will be made the next working day for orders placed before 12pm or the second working day for orders placed after 12pm. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.

1.2 While we will endeavour to pass on requests for items to be left in particular locations if undelivered, Little Skin Shop cannot compel carriers to honour those requests. Little Skin Shop will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items as a result of any such request.

1.3 By ordering with Little Skin Shop you accept the Terms and Conditions of the postage or courier service we choose to use for delivery of your order.

1.4 We reserve the right to combine orders to the same address into a single package at our discretion. No discount or refund of postage paid is available to you in this event.

2. Returns

2.1 Little Skin Shop will happily accept a return for any product provided it has not been opened, any seals are still in place and there has been no sign of damage. 

2.2 Little Skin Shop is not able to process a refund or exchange for any items which have been opened or used.

2.3 You must send an email to sales@littleskinshop.com within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to return it. The product itself must be returned within 14 days of you receiving it.

2.4 Items delivered to you in a box must be returned in a box, undamaged, to remain entitled to a full refund. Damaged items will be partially refunded, or in extreme circumstances not refunded at all.

2.5 No refund is available for any shipping cost paid when you placed your order. There will be no reimbursement for any shipping cost incurred in returning the goods.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Little Skin Shop will no generally accept any exchange request for undamaged products. Please follow our refund procedure and place a separate order for the correct item.

3.2 Little Skin Shop is not able to process a refund or exchange for any items which have been used or opened.

3.3 You must send an email to sales@littleskinshop.com within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to exchange it. The product itself must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

3.4 Little Skin Shop cannot provide exchanges where the desired item price is lower than the original. In these circumstances, a refund will be made back to the original payment card and the desired item can then be purchased separately. Little Skin Shop cannot exchange items for a higher value and charge you the extra, if this is desired the product should be returned for a refund and the desired item purchased separately.

3.5 Please note, Little Skin Shop are not able to reimburse you for the postage cost to return the goods. The exchange item requested will be sent to you free of charge. A £5.00 administration charge will apply for all exchanges.

4. How To Return

4.1 Little Skin Shop recommends that you use a traceable shipping method (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) to send any goods back. Little Skin Shop will not be held liable if this has not been done and the product is not received by us.
